Nothing but good things to say. Michael was amazing! He was prompt and speedy. He took the time and grace to hear me out. Showed no judgment when handling what could feel like an embarrassing situation. He was accepting of my dog and worked around her as much as possible. Excellent communication. He gave great advice for things I could do around my old home to ensure a successful extermination. I couldn't be crazy happier. 🤞

He took the time to understand my situation During the visit, Jon was thorough and knowledgeable. He conducted a comprehensive inspection of my property and identified the problem . What impressed me the most was his willingness to explain the treatment options in detail, making sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. he also provided valuable tips on prevention and maintenance, which I truly appreciated. I’ve never had a pest control company really but these guys are AWESOME! The products work exceptionally well! No need to retreat, just just preventative. Joshua is great! I have had Aaron, Rene, Joshua and even Justin I think and every one of you guys are amazing. I have large dogs, not a problem. I absolutely love this company, I miss the cookies like crazy!!

I am so happy with Bug Bros and their services. They provide great service and payment options and their people are very knowledgeable and helpful. When we moved into our home we had a real spider problem, but through there services we've seen a very significant decline and their mosquito spray is amazing, not a single bite since we started with them! We have used several service providers in the past and But Bros is the best, I couldn't be happier!
